Beef Tallow

Tallow has so many uses from cooking (it's the best) to skin lotion to soap to candles. One of the best uses is as a high temperature cooking fat. You can make the best french fries by simply soaking the sliced potatoes in diluted whey you get from fermenting your Helios Farms Single-Moo Milk and then deep fry them in tallow. The best fried chicken is marinaded in clabber and then fried in Beef Tallow.
 
When we harvest beef on the farm, we end up with a lot of beef fat that gets rendered into tallow and made available to our private association members.
